Green ... Frank Motors' Commitment to a Healthier Environment

• Frank Motors was one of the first companies in Manitoba to recycle antifreeze in the early 90’s and by doing so we've saved millions of liters of water from potential polluting effects.
• Frank Motors recycles all of its scrap metal and batteries to licensed and approved recyclers. Frank Motors is a provincially certified waste oil collection facility and we are licensed to burn waste engine oil and hydraulic fluid to heat our facility.
• Frank Motors also participates in the tire-recycling program, which is monitored by the provincial government.
• Frank Motors operates a fleet of 4 diesel vehicles on waste vegetable oil, which has reduced its diesel fuel consumption by 12,000 liters annually. Frank Motors uses waste vegetable oil as a supplemental heating oil to heat our building.
• Frank Motors plans our shuttle and delivery service to minimize the driving we do to reduce fuel consumption and pollution.
• Frank Motors always considers dealing with environmentally friendly suppliers first such as our dry cleaners and waste disposal contractor.
